At Galaxy Fashion, we ensure your orders are processed promptly. Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days following order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

2. Delivery Timeframes & Shipping Charges

We deliver across India through reliable logistics partners. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days.
• Non-Metro & Rural Regions: 5 to 7 business days.
• Shipping Fee: Free shipping is available on qualifying orders above specified promotional thresholds, while standard delivery charges apply to smaller orders as shown at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

Once your package is dispatched, a tracking number along with courier partner details will be updated in your My Orders section. You can view courier documents and live delivery status updates directly from your profile.

4. Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. Please ensure your shipping address and 10-digit phone number are entered accurately during checkout to prevent delivery delays or non-delivery returns.

5. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept it or make a note on the delivery slip. Immediately contact our customer support team with photos/videos of the package for a swift resolution.
